We will be running a 'Managing Anxiety' group every Thursday from 6-7pm starting on the 16th of April.

Happy World Sleep Day! 🌙

Sleep plays a vital role in both our mental and physical wellbeing, yet many of us struggle to get enough quality rest.

Here are a few simple sleep hygiene tips to help improve your sleep:

🛏 Keep a consistent sleep schedule – go to bed and wake up at the same time each day
📱 Reduce screen time at least 30–60 minutes before bed
☕ Avoid caffeine late in the day
🧘 Try relaxing activities before bedtime, such as reading or gentle stretching
🌙 Create a calm, comfortable sleep environment
