Let's welcome Alice our new acupuncturist! She specialises in Traditional Chinese Medicine, musculoskeletal conditions, menstrual health, fertility, mental wellbeing and many other conditions.

Here we see her taking a pulse reading. Chinese medicine pulse readings are subtle and give you much more information about the body systems than just a measure of heart rate. Along with tongue diagnosis this informs her treatment approach.

Book for Alice if you have any health concerns but many of her patients come regularly to support their health and wellbeing.

Yesterday I had my third ever aerial yoga class and they had me doing this! I love it 🤩, hanging upside down like a bat is my new obsession 🫣 I have to say loads of thank to Edel for her enthusiastic support and to Gurpreet from for asking me to be a model for his teaching exam (with ), as I would never have started otherwise. I’m going to be 64 this month so this is my birthday present (challenge) to myself. And here’s to all the other bat people! 💪🙌🤩
