September is World Alzheimer's Month, a time to raise awareness, and understand the impact, on the person, their family and friends, and how we can support them. Alzheimer's disease is a progressive brain disorder that causes memory loss, confusion, and other cognitive problems.

We can show our support by:

💜 Donating to our partners, Alzheimer's research. Contributions will fund vital research that aims to find a cure and develop new treatments

💜 Understanding the symptoms and causes can help us recognise it early and provide better support
