📢 Exciting News! One of the many corporate services we offer at the Practice
The London General Practice was delighted to support The Landmark London during their wellness afternoon by setting up our "Know Your Numbers" stand.
Our dedicated doctor, Dr Angela Rai and nurse, Sabrina Iqbal were on hand to meet with staff, performing body composition analyses and blood pressure checks.
The event was a great success, with many employees taking advantage of the valuable health insights offered at our stand.
A special thank you to Nicola Forshaw Chartered FCIPD FIH and Anna Napora - Assoc CIPD for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to bring healthy advice to your team. We're thrilled to have been part of such a meaningful initiative!

There is a lot of ongoing research worldwide which aims to slow or, indeed, reverse the process of aging and it is very exciting to share with our patients what we can do right now and what we might expect in the future.

Footballer Dele Alli’s recent admission to becoming addicted to sleeping pills and how commonly they are used has opened up the debate on over use of sleeping pills and the dangers of addiction. For people suffering insomnia, sleeping pills can be an effective way to help ensure a good night’s sleep but overuse can lead to addiction and withdrawal.

In light of the amazing achievement of Adele Roberts yesterday, running the London marathon in record time after being diagnosed in 2021 with stage two bowel cancer.

Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK, and is the second most common cause of cancer death in the UK. If detected early before symptoms develop, bowel cancer treatment is more likely to be successful.
