1️⃣ Warm-up & Mobilize: Start with dynamic stretches and monility exercises. Arm circles, band pull-aparts, and scapula activations get your shoulders ready to lift safely.

2️⃣ Focus on Form: Always prioritise good form over heavy weight. Maintain proper shoulder alignment and avoid overloading too quickly.

Angus overcame bilateral Achilles tendonitis through intense rehabilitation and sheer determination, transforming his physical limits in just 5 months. His remarkable recovery culminated in completing the gruelling Marathon Des Sables, one of the toughest ultramarathons in the world.

“… I developed Achilles tendonitis while training for an ultramarathon and Nuno got me to the start line in one piece, while enabling me to continue training so that I was fit enough to complete the race as planned.
