Had a fantastic time with Jackie last night listening to the superb guitarists Antonio Forcione and Giorgio Serci.
They even played a track I first heard in 1979 when I saw John McLaughlin, Paco de Lucia and Larry Corryell at RA Hall with my friend Nigel Milton

It was lovely to spend some time at Duke Of Kent School, Ewhurst, Surrey a few days ago. I have worked with the pupils, teachers and parents a few times previously focusing on nature therapy and teaching good breathing techniques to maintain optimum physical and mental health.
This visit was to read the story and then practice some of the mindful nature exercises in their beautiful grounds. I am pleased to say, The Forest's Secret: Helping Children To Discover The Magic Of Nature was well received as were the exercises. Thank you

I really enjoyed talking on Noel McDermott's Wellbeing Show last night. We spoke about the restorative benefits of spending time in nature for children and how this is carried forward into adulthood. As you can see, my mature Bernese boys benefit from their time in nature too. We also touched on how my new book not only supports children but how it also provides creative ideas and science based evidence that the children's care-givers can use.
