Starting my work trip in a healthy way. Skipping the pastries and having yogurt and smoothie. Looking forward to being part of wellness day doing health assessments covering nutrition queries with staff. Helping employees to be more productive and less time off while staying healthy.

My weight loss clients asked me for high protein high fibre recipes. Here’s my breakfast or snack idea. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are substituted instead of just milk to increase protein. Chia and berries added in the fibre. Try it and let me know what you think ? Raspberries were my fav

Spring is here. Coffee now listening to the waves, and waking up slowly for the day. Now we are having sunshine finally, make the most of it. Today I’ll walk in beach but if you don’t have time, try a sun shower during lunch or after few hours at your desk. Your brain and mood will love you for it.

Easy Sunday so nothing as nice as making healthy bread for the week. Kitchen smells like when I was a kid with fresh homemade bread. We don’t have to avoid bread, just have small portion of a healthy one. This one has five ingredients and easy to make. Like and comment below more more recipes.

Do you need a vitamin supplement? Well if your losing weight and on a low calorie diet or menopausal then yes. I was losing my hair so I added two. Collagen and hair/skin/nail one from . And now?
