✨ I am deeply honoured to share that I have been nominated and shortlisted for The Mental Health Awards 2025. ✨

This means a great deal to me because mental health is the space where my purpose lives. Through MindLab Coaching, my intention has always been simple: to support others in finding themselves, reconnecting with who they are, and creating the life they want to live.

Being recognised in this way feels humbling, especially as I continue my PhD journey and strive to reach more people, to help more people, and to create meaningful change in how we understand and support mental health and well-being.

I am truly grateful to those who believed in me to nominate me, and to the judges who were moved by my story. Recognition like this is never about one person alone – it is about the individuals, clients, colleagues, and communities who inspire and shape this work every day.

The results will be announced on 9th October 2025, and regardless of the outcome, this nomination strengthens my commitment to keep walking this path with compassion and purpose.

Your body holds wisdom.

It is not just something you have; it is something you live through.

Every sensation, every shift in breath, every subtle tension or release is part of your body’s story — guiding you, teaching you, reminding you where you are and what you need.

When we practise tuning into these signals with awareness, we begin to understand the language of the body.

This is body storytelling: a mindful dialogue between you and your own nervous system.

Instead of pushing through or ignoring discomfort, what if you paused and asked, What is my body trying to tell me?

This awareness is not only healing, it is empowering. It supports resilience, leadership, and the capacity to show up in life with clarity and authenticity.
