The New Moon in Scorpio is compelling us to reach into our deepest core wounds and transmute them into our greatest gifts.

When our pain is triggered, when something touches that oldest wound within us, it can feel unbearable. Our ego personality immediately creates stories, telling us that we are not enough, that our identity is threatened, that we are wrong, judged, or rejected. In that moment, a part of us wants to lash out, whether through thoughts, words, or actions. We project our pain outward in anger and justify it by believing that someone else has caused it.

This projection is not always obvious. Sometimes it is a fleeting thought, a moment where we catch ourselves indulging in the disempowerment or downfall of another, or finding fault within them. These thoughts can shock us when we become aware of them. When this happens, we either justify the feeling, repress it with self-judgement, or ignore it entirely. But whatever we do, responding from pain always creates more pain.

This is because our pain longs to be seen, loved, accepted, and forgiven. It is not here to punish us. It is a memory-based imprint from an experience we have had, whether in this lifetime or another, on or off this planet. When it rises to the surface, it is inviting us to meet it with unconditional acceptance, to hold it with love, and to allow it to be felt so it can finally be transmuted and released.

As the root of our pain clears from the body, we drop deeper into the truth of who we are. Our heart opens to compassion. Our patterning shifts. We no longer choose fear or pain-based responses. We no longer need to protect, harden, justify, or cling to sacred rage. Instead, our natural response becomes unconditional love, happiness, and genuine celebration for the success and healing of others.

With this shift, we begin holding deep compassion for others as they navigate their own initiations, struggles, and transformations. We hold space for them from the heart, rather than reacting from our wounds.

This Scorpio New Moon is guiding us to feel our pain, to look honestly at the patterning we have been running. Are we responding through pain or through love? When your pain rises under this New Moon, what will you choose?

Accept. Love. Honour. Forgive. Feel. Heal. Release.

✨ The Auras, the Light, and the Shift We’ve Been Waiting For 🌀🌈🧚‍♀️✨

How incredible are the auras lighting up our skies right now! They’re a breathtaking sign of the immense energies flooding into the Earth from the powerful solar flares, comets and celestial alignments currently gracing our heavens.

With six planets in retrograde and waves of electromagnetic light streaming into the planet, we are being invited to look deeply within and witness the old programming and patterning that had shaped how we run our consciousness and the impact that has on our reality. The universe is supporting us all through a personal decoding and recoding process!

As we recognise these old patterns for what they truly are - creations of inorganic, false programming - we open the space to release them and realign with the organic, divine coding that already exists within us. This sacred realignment awakens new patterning that resonates with the authentic truth of our essence and the pure radiance of our divine light. I feel such excitement in my heart, as this is what we’ve been preparing for, the moment when such powerful frequencies are available and our bodies are ready to receive them.

During my meditation this morning, Gaia reminded me to allow the light in.
She showed me that we already hold everything we need within, and that she provides all the elements and resources required to sustain wellness and integration.

So surrender to the process of change.
Get out in nature if you can, ground deeply, and open yourself to receive.

Transformation is here and it’s happening now.

In my vision, I saw the first wave of Light Leaders co-creating the internal and external templates of our New Earth Golden Age.

The energy is potent, and it’s stirring deep physical and emotional sensations as our bodies adjust. Many of us are finding sleep difficult, with vivid dreams revealing what we’re clearing and integrating.

You may also be feeling fatigue, restlessness, anxiety, dizziness, ringing in the ears, head pressure, nausea, overthinking, or spiralling thoughts, they are all signs that your light body is recalibrating to hold more frequency.

It can feel intense, but the key is surrender.

💫My Seven Planes feedback:
Today, I divined with my Higher Self to work through the Electromagnetic Plane, guided to focus on my solar plexus and third eye chakras to support my light body integration with the incredible light streaming into the planet.

This electromagnetic light can feel almost electrifying as the light body merges more fully with the physical form. My healing showed that everything surfacing is to be released so I can move forward with greater ease and grace through this next phase of embodiment.

I was guided to work deeply with my central nervous system and vibrational flow, clearing wedges and density from my third eye, restoring the pineal gland and its corresponding dimensions within the brain. This strengthened my alignment with empowerment and divine will, one of my highest intentions.

The healing cleared distortions within the feeling vortex over the navel and sacral chakras, stopping energetic leakage into the mental and emotional planes and resourcing inner strength to heighten consciousness.

I also worked with my base and crown chakras, clearing electromagnetic distortions and running the Dragon Power procedure to stabilise and protect my light as I move through empowerment and embodiment.

My earth star and solar plexus chakras activated to ground this new frequency, while Moldavite crystal essence supported the integration of my cosmic light body.

The energy of Hawk came through to bring insight and vision, while karmic pain and old patterning were released from past lives. The thyroid gland activated to help me express deeper authentic truth, and harmonic alignment procedures supported structural and energetic recalibration through the heart.

A grief release followed, transmuting fear and awakening deeper clairsentience, creativity, and wisdom. I revitalised depleted cells and purified through violet-white light healing mind, body, soul, and spirit.

The third eye was purified to shift how I perceive myself and reality, supported by the energy of Fire for transformation.

Spider reminded me that I am the creator of my reality. Hare guided me to surrender fear of the unknown, and Centaur magic is helping transmute my deepest wounds into my greatest gifts.

Across the four planes of my being:
• Physical Plane: Alleviating pressure in the heart and brain, strengthening connection to Higher Self.
• Emotional Plane: Bringing action, courage, and clarity to move forward.
• Mental Plane: Revealing hidden understanding and new intellectual abilities.
• Spiritual Plane: Activating higher aspects of divine nature, expanding awareness, and aligning destiny.

Finally, the Merkabah connected me with the Violet Ray, Seventh Ray, and Christ Realm, restoring unity, illumination, and divine love.

It was a profoundly enlightening healing, a perfect reflection of this incredible ascension phase we are in.

And so, ‘No Apologies’ is out in the world. This is a song that was made with love, rage, pain and everything in between… and it feels so cathartic to finally put it out. As a girl and then as a woman, I’ve found myself feeling seemingly insurmountable amounts of frustration and pain at the hands of the patriarchal structures of societies around the world. I’ve also found that the same systems that would instil that pain within me, would also seek to suppress how I feel about it.

So I wrote this song — not only for all women, everywhere — but for everyone that has ever shared in that same wounding, as this system limits us all. This song is a spell, written for us to reclaim our emotions regarding our own pain. There is power in feeling, so, for 3 minutes 41 seconds when you play ‘No Apologies’, please see it as your invitation into a space where it is safe to feel the emotions you have long been taught to hide. Beloved ones ❤️✨🔥🌹 Today I felt guided to share the enlightenment and profound shifts that came through as I ran a Transference Healing® Seven Planes of Transformation session for myself.

When I connected with my Higher Self, I was shown that I would be working through the Ethereal Plane of the body, running alchemy to clear distortions that not only heal me in mind, body and soul, but also create a shift in my consciousness and being so that I can embody more light in support of my ascension.

Throughout the healing, I could feel my Throat Chakra being activated and purified, opening me to receive higher frequencies that enhance my creative and spiritual intellect. This created an alchemical shift, helping me become more receptive to the celestial forces, cosmic rays and sound currents that reconnect me to the unseen properties of the universe, enabling deep healing and ascension.

A frequency came through to clear density and allow a clearer vibration to radiate through me, heightening my perception of light, strengthening my connection to protective guides, and helping me both psychologically and physically adapt to change.

The essence of Lapis Lazuli emerged strongly through my throat and extended outward, bringing the codes of royalty and spirituality which awakened deeper wisdom, peace and harmony, and a remembrance of who I am and who I have been. It activated my psychic and creative communication abilities in alignment with Divine Will, empowering me to speak my truth from higher consciousness and co-create my New Earth reality with conviction and faith.

Bat energy also presented, supporting me through cycles of transformation, helping me release confusion, overcome fear, and embrace new beginnings and higher opportunities with clear hearing and expanded perception.

As I moved into my full Transference Healing® session, the energies of Salmon, Eagle and Hare flowed through. Salmon carried the wisdom of destiny, guiding me toward my divine purpose. Eagle lifted me into the higher divine mind, granting clarity, divine perspective and alignment with Divine Will. Hare connected me with my divine feminine attributes, assisting me in clearing shadow and fear so I could embody deeper insight and intuitive awareness.

A powerful past life doorway opened, revealing the energy of a serpent and magician aspect ready to be healed and integrated, allowing me to reclaim those ancient gifts in this lifetime. Violet White energy then surrounded me, purifying lower vibrations and a alchemy symbol supporting my further purification through my heart and third eye, aided by the element of Fire, burning away all that no longer aligns with who I am becoming.

The alchemy within the body brought deep healing to the immune and glandular systems, opening pathways for self-love, intimacy, grounding and balance as I move through the void, surrendering to my decoding and recoding process and allowing new levels of consciousness to birth within me. Two of the harmonic alignment points that came through are offering me a huge upgrade in my ascension.

Master El Moyra came through to support my connection to the Fifth or Blue Ray of the Throat Chakra, helping me to anchor greater faith and take action aligned with Divine Will as I embody more of my Higher Self. This refined my ego so that I can connect to my true destiny, purpose and highest potential by releasing the need for separation and instead maintaining a state of surrender and goodwill.

This healing, as always, was truly profound, providing the alchemy needed for deep purification and rebirth, and bringing me the clarity I needed to align with faith, trust, my true light essence and move forward aligned with Divine Will.

Gaia’s Shifts mirroring Our Shifts
🌍🌬️⚡️🫨🔥🌞☄️🌚👫

Today in meditation, as I tuned into Gaia and aligned my heart with hers, I felt the incredible shifts occurring within her body, the Earth. The hurricanes, earthquakes, tremors, and waves of electromagnetic light are all part of her great purification. And with such clarity, I saw how perfectly this mirrors what is happening within each of us.

For me, the hurricanes are moving through my navel chakra, helping me to release old emotions through the element of water, clearing out stagnant energies that hold me in restriction. The electromagnetic light is illuminating every layer of my being, triggering deep purification through all four planes of mind, body, soul, and spirit. I recently had a fall and banged my head, which I liken to the earthquakes, shaking loose deeply buried confusion and fear that were ready to surface within me, to be seen, felt, loved, and transmuted into light.

If you too are feeling this inner mirroring, know that it is divine perfection. In this powerful lead up to the Winter Solstice, we are being offered the opportunity to clear, purify, and release all that no longer serves across every level of our being. As we move toward 2026, the year of new beginnings, we prepare to rebirth into a higher expression of ourselves, co creating a new Earth reality from a higher lens of love, wisdom, and understanding.

The key at this time is unconditional acceptance of whatever your present moment reveals. Allow total surrender to your decoding and recoding process, the energetic death of your old sense of self and reality, and the rebirth of the new. Choose love over fear. Gently ask yourself, How do I feel? What do I need? and honour yourself in that. Bring compassion to yourself and all beings, remembering that everyone is walking through their own sacred process.

Trust and have faith that your higher self is guiding you, always in divine alignment, always for the highest good.

Reflect on 2025: Renewal through Stillness ✨

As we move through the final months of 2025 and begin to feel the subtle shift toward a new cycle, it’s a beautiful time to pause and reflect on the energy that has shaped this year.

Alexis shared at the beginning of the year that “Your outer world will be a reflection of your inner world.”

Now, as you look back, how has this truth unfolded in your life?

2025 was a year of Renewal through Stillness - an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your Higher Self, and allow healing and rebirth to occur from within. Many of us have experienced transformation through reflection, solitude, and surrender. Even amidst challenges, the stillness has guided us to clarity and deeper strength.

A Visit to Mother Mary’s Final Home in Ephesus, Turkey 🩵🕊️🙏🏻👼💎

I wanted to share something very close to my heart with you. During my recent trip to Ephesus, I had the blessing of visiting Mother Mary’s final home, and it was one of the most beautiful and profoundly heart-opening experiences of my life.

As I walked into the small church that now rests upon the foundations of her home, I felt my heart gently open. Tears began to flow as waves of pure, unconditional love and compassion poured through me. Every cell within me seemed to awaken to her divine frequency of love.

In stillness and devotion, I stood in quiet prayer. I could feel her presence so clearly. It was as though she came to me, kissed my bowed head, and placed a blessing upon my heart. The peace and tenderness that flowed through me in that moment were beyond words.

When I stepped back outside into the sunlight, the tears continued to flow. It felt like such a sacred release, soft, powerful and liberating all at once. Sitting in the warmth of the Turkish sun, surrounded by the stillness of the sacred woods, I felt an immense peace and serenity that reached deep into my soul.

I share this with you because I know that her love is ever present. As you look upon the photos below, may you too feel the beauty, stillness and unconditional love that Mother Mary continues to radiate through our world.

While building a corporate career and raising her family, Tracy carried an inner knowing that there was something more she was here to embody. That calling became clear when her youngest daughter began struggling with eating issues and spiritual sensitivities.

Guided to Transference Healing, Tracy discovered that what began as support for her children was, in truth, the call to her own healing journey.

Through health challenges, meditation, affirmations, and ultimately her training in Transference Healing, Tracy experienced a profound homecoming. She came to understand that by committing to her own self-healing, she could hold the light for others to discover their own path.

Shed. Dissolve. Rise. 🐍🦋🐦‍🔥🖤✨

The snake teaches us to shed what no longer serves.
The caterpillar dissolves into the void so it can be reborn as the butterfly.
The Phoenix rises from sacred fire, renewed in light.

All remind us: through surrender into the void, we are transformed. 🔥

We are moving through an incredible time of both individual and collective transformation. On the precipice of profound change. For those who are ready, this shift may feel like a wobble of timelines – you are here but not here, bothered yet not bothered at all, compelled to surrender while the ego tries to pull you back into old ways. This confusion is part of the process.

It has taken me some time and deep introspection to find clarity around what is unfolding, we are at a choice point of a deep surrendering all of ourself and reality into the void / stillness / nothingness. A place where we are stripped bear as we undergo a deep purification before we are reborn anew. I’ve consciously journeyed through this process many times, however I feel we are being asked to surrender on a much deeper level this time!

As humans, we are often in a rush for the next thing – whether it’s spiritual growth, a new learning, a relationship, a job. Yet the in-between is just as sacred. The void is necessary. Just as the caterpillar dissolves into mush within the chrysalis, its very genetics being re-coded before it emerges as a butterfly, so too must we surrender into the space between. This is where we allow the old to dissolve so we do not recreate from outdated patterns of self.

The key is surrender. To trust and have faith that a higher, future version of yourself will emerge, just as surely as the butterfly is born from its cocoon. This is a complete transference – a shift from one state of being into another – and it takes time.

Through surrender, you enter the zero-point field – the womb of the goddess, the fertile black light of creation. Here, purification occurs on all four planes of being. You may not know who you are because you have let go of the old sense of self, yet this is where we decode our past and recode our higher and future self.

This process asks for patience, trust, and diligence not to fall back into familiar but limiting patterns. Shed the old skins – beliefs, thoughts, ways of responding, relating, speaking, and choosing – and trust that a more authentic soul truth will emerge.

This is alchemy. Energy never dies, it transforms. Like the Phoenix, we die through the fire of purification and are reborn from the ashes, renewed and eternal.

Our New Earth is not something outside of us – it is emerging through us. As we shift within, we shift our outer reality.

So surrender to what is leaving. Give yourself the time you need. Ask yourself often, how do I feel, what do I need? and honour that. Hold unconditional love and compassion for all – each of us is traversing our own timeline and each truth is perfect in its present moment.

Remember, we cannot yet know what we are not ready to know. What we are releasing is what binds us to density. As we let go, we make space for more light. Light is knowledge, and when embodied, knowledge becomes empowerment.

We are all in a process of empowerment. Trust yours. Surrender and allow it to unfold.
