I live in Leicestershire, England with my beautiful family – Wonderful husband Richie & two gorgeous teenage daughters Amber and Ellie. Looking back I can see I have always been connected to my spiritual path even before I was consciously ‘awake’ always following divine guidance, my life was not the old story of pain and suffering, rather of flow, ease and grace. Upon the traumatic birth of my eldest daughter I had a huge bolt of universal forces waking me further to my destiny and purpose – the service I incarnated on earth to do. This is what began my 20 year journey through many dark nights of the soul, guiding me into universal knowledge, wisdom teachings and eventually stepping into my own self mastery by training as a Transference Healing practitioner and teacher, Ascension guide and Transformational mentor. In Transference we work with the Goddess teachings, learn to heal our Chiron wounding, and work with Guides, Archangels and Ascended Masters. As I myself progressed through many initiations, purifications and always the integration of my new being, I began to clear through trauma and wounding stored deep within my DNA, self heal on all levels and embody my higher self. Throughout this process my unique gifts and talents began to emerge, ‘Empowerment’ being my biggest gift and soon it became clear that my Soul Purpose is to support others that are guided to work with me through their own Empowerment and Self Healing process. Although each beautiful soul I work with is completely unique, my gifts enable me to intuitively guide, teach & empower them to heal and empower themselves. Every soul I’ve had the honour of working with has grown, evolved and transformed into a higher version of themselves, shifting timelines and states of being, learning to shine their true authentic selves out into the world and begin co-create their best lives. The power of Unconditional Observation… One of the deepest lessons I feel many of us are learning right now is how to stop leaking our precious life force energy into the chaos, fear, and conflict of the world around us.

This doesn’t mean ignoring, becoming silent, disconnected, or pretending things do not matter. It means learning the sacred art of unconditional observation.

It means we observe, witness, feel and discern for ourselves. We have our opinion and we speak our truth from the heart if we feel called to. But we do not allow ourself to become consumed, drained, and energetically entangled within it all.

Our energy is sacred. Our frequency matters. When we project fear, anger, rage, or division into the world, it feeds the collective field. But when we radiate peace, love, compassion, unity, and truth from our heart, that too ripples out into the collective. What we feed grows. So becoming conscious of the energy we amplifying through our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions is key.

When something outside of us deeply triggers us, upsets us, angers us, or creates sadness within us, it is often showing us something still unresolved within ourselves that is asking to be loved, healed, witnessed, and brought into greater unity.

Spirit showed me this so clearly recently when I experienced tension, conflict, separation and a lack of acceptance within my outer reality, I was gently guided to ask myself…

✨Where am I still at war within myself?
✨Where am I struggling to fully love and accept myself?
✨Where am I withholding unconditional love from parts of my own being?

Because as we heal those distortions within ourselves, they can no longer exist within our field in the same way. Our reality begins to shift as our frequency shifts.

So instead of leaking energy into fear, anger, judgement, or despair… it’s time to cut the cords. Call our energy home. Surround ourself in white light, violet flame, divine protection, dragon power, love, peace, and truth.

We always have a choice in how we respond to the world around us.

Choose to become the frequency you wish to experience. ✨🕊️💗

Held under the energies of the Wessex Full Moon, also known as Buddha’s Birthday, it became a sacred day of release, renewal, and deep reconnection… letting go of all that is no longer needed, and returning to a deeper divine union within.

We journeyed through the magic of Beltane… exploring divine feminine and masculine energies, awakening greater divine union and oneness within ourselves, and aligning to our highest purpose and co-creation of the New Earth.

Guided by the energy of Morgan le Fay and Merlin, we opened to elemental realms, ancient wisdom, and the alchemist within… working with Transference Healing®, elemental guidance, and powerful teachings throughout the day.

From our Sacred Circle of Fire in nature, to connecting with the crystal kingdom, dragon energy, and higher dimensional awareness… each moment invited deep release, remembrance, and transformation.

We closed with a powerful group Beyond Doorways® healing and once again immersed ourselves in the elemental kingdom with a magical walk and meditation within the sacred tree circle.

It truly was a day of unity, magic, and embodiment with the most incredible soul family ✨

Even when I run a Seven Planes of Transformation healing for myself, I still channel a deep reading for what the healing is supporting me with.

This is so on a conscious level I can understand what the alchemy is supporting me with, enabling me to surrender more fully into the shifts, change, and transformation, and remain open to all that is unfolding within me.

Today’s healing worked deeply within my Ethereal plane which works with my throat chakra, guiding a powerful shift in perception, truth, and self expression.

There was a profound release of fear, density, and old patterning, creating space to step into a deeper level of divine union and oneness within. My heart and throat were opening to new levels of expression, alignment, and embodiment of truth.

Clairaudient channels were activating and expanding, strengthening connection to the divine mind and enhancing the ability to access innate wisdom, universal knowledge, and deeper guidance. There was a strong emphasis on stepping more fully into my role as a teacher and leader, embodying unconditional love and expressing truth with clarity and confidence.

The Transference Healing® brought through deep alchemy and purification across mind, body, soul, and spirit, revealing a powerful process of divine rebirth. My etheric body is undergoing a significant shift, releasing lower vibrations, karmic imprints, and inherited patterning, allowing my frequency and consciousness to rise into a higher state of being.

This healing showed a profound awakening and initiation into deeper personal power, supporting emotional evolution and a greater understanding of the responsibility that comes with this power.

The perfection symbol activated through the third eye, bringing healing and renewal to perception and inner vision, supported by Mercury and the element of air to enhance truth, communication, and heart led expression.

There was clearing within the throat and oesophagus, alongside detoxification within the stomach, supported by a golden light infusion to illuminate and uplift consciousness, along with deep cellular rejuvenation as I make this huge shift.

Beautiful guides came forward to support this transformation. Snake confirmed Kundalini activation and deep healing on all four planes as I shed old identities. Stag brought courage and strength as I move through a powerful rite of passage. Frog supported deep purification of my emotions and well needed rejuvenation.

Crystalline support came through with Malachite for protection, heart and third eye activation, and the release of subconscious blocks, alongside Sunstone to strengthen connection to cosmic guidance and higher frequencies.

The healing completed with the activation and anchoring of more of my light body and Merkaba, creating a deeper connection to the cosmos, higher realms, and multidimensional support, allowing continued evolution, expansion, and ascension.

I call that profound transformation - all I need to do now is be open to the incredible changes within myself.
