Herpes zoster vaccination shows significant cardio-protective benefits in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Vaccinated individuals demonstrate reduced incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events, including myocardial infarction and stroke.

Proposed mechanisms involve decreased inflammation and thrombotic risk following prevention of viral reactivation. Findings reinforce current recommendations and highlight potential expanded benefits beyond infection prevention.

“Mental Health is your Primary Health” ⚕️🏥⛑️

During a panic attack, breathing can become fast and overwhelming. Some people use polythene (plastic bag) breathing to slow it down, but it should be done carefully and only when appropriate. 🧠

Steps to follow:
• Sit in a safe, comfortable place
• Use a small, clean plastic bag
• Gently hold it over your nose and mouth (not tightly sealed)
• Breathe in and out slowly into the bag
• Focus on steady, calm breathing
• Stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable

This method may help regulate breathing for a short time, but it is not suitable for everyone. If symptoms persist, seek professional help.
