Treatments include hands-on care, exercise prescription and pain education - whatever is needed for your individual case. Osteopaths are Statutorily Regulated Primary Healthcare Professionals. We are trained to screen for medical conditions and I will tell you if you need referral to another health professional such as a GP.

Our Story

As West London’s chronic pain specialist, I typically work with clients who have suffered from pain for over a year and are a bit stuck. I offer treatment in my private clinic, an NHS hospital clinic and a range of yoga classes in Ealing.

I offer a unique Chronic Pain Programme - helping you Move More, Feel Stronger and Worry Less despite your pain. For selected Clients with pain of longer than 6 months who are ready to change their lives and get back to doing what matters. This tailored programme incorporates Yoga Therapy, Osteopathic Treatment, Relaxation Techniques, Acceptance Therapy and Pain Education to improve your quality of life and get you back to being you. It includes modalities from my specialist NHS clinic, Osteopathy training and Yoga knowledge. Please contact me for an initial consultation to discuss if this Programme is suitable for you.
