Our Service User Group:
We provide services for individuals in need of assistance as a result of:
Older people 65 (Years +)
Adults (18 Years – 65 Years)
Younger adults (13 Years – 18 Years)
Children (5 years – 12 Years)
People with physical disabilities
People with sensory loss, including those with dual sensory impairment
People with mental health problems
Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
People with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder
Recent discharge from hospital
Respite care
Palliative Care
Short term cover for regular carers
All our carers are DBS checked and receive frequent training all the way through their time at Ashton Care London. We commence spot checks & audits to make sure the clients are receiving the best care possible. Our workforce is made up from a combination of experienced and qualified Care Assistants, graduate administration. Thus far, all staff having been DBS certified. These include sector experienced staff, bi-lingual and also tri-lingual staff and those of diverse ethnicities, who can speak in English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Somali, Arabic, Polish, Lithuanian and African. Reflecting the diversity we are not providing within Tower Hamlets only. We also deliver our service to nearest borough and recruited staff from different boroughs. The services we provide include
