Im sharing this wonderful review ✨️
I had the privilege to attend an overnight 1:1 retreat at Sara's Riverside retreat few weeks ago. It was a divine , nurturing and healing experience. This is definitely for anyone wishing to have a reset in their lives.
Sara (Star Reiki) hosted with such sisterly love. We first walked into the woods for a meditatative connection with nature. We returned to her home for a nourishing home made soup.
Then we continued the day with a deep healing reiki session. This was sublime. We went for an evening walk and chatted like friends over the days event and outcomes.
I slept in a room that was light, airy and cosy and super comfortable.
Next morning we continued with a nourishing breakfast and another reiki session. This followed on with tarot cards and pendulum readings.
I left feeling elevated, nourished and relaxed.
Sara kindly followed up to see how I doing.

My connection with Sara continued and I had another opportunity to attend her reiki masterclass with other women and a group reiki healing session.

This was another interesting experience. It was a safe space to meet and openly share our spiritual journeys with like minded individuals.

Sara is a kind sister soul and someone I can strongly recommend. If anyone wishes to participate in her retreats and/or masterclasses she is an amazing host and teacher who inspires the power of reiki.

Today I facilitated a nurturing Reiki Masterclass and Healing Circle — a full-day spiritual retreat for women at my peaceful Riverside North Star Alignment Retreat in Enfield, Middlesex. 🌿✨
In this beginner-friendly session (no prior experience or attunement needed), we focused on practical self-healing tools:
Learned the Cho Ku Rei (Power Symbol) — how to draw, activate, and use it to amplify energy, boost healing, ground, protect, and clear blockages.
Practiced key hand positions for self-healing and group treatments, channeling gentle universal life force energy for relaxation, balance, stress relief, and holistic well-being.
We then flowed into a beautiful Reiki Healing Circle: giving and receiving hands-on treatments in a supportive group — multiple hands channeling amplified energy for deep shifts and harmony. Included guided meditation to heal ourselves and send loving Reiki to loved ones.
The riverside setting, vibrant mandalas, crystals, candles, and sisterhood created a radiant, heart-opening space. Thank you to all who joined — your energy made it magical! 💖🙏
