I was drawn to yoga from my teens, partly to understand better the spiritual dimension of life, but mainly as a means of escape from the chronic depression I was experiencing. Yoga gave me a bigger perspective of life, beyond my personal neuroses and hypnotherapy provided the tools to transform my negative beliefs, thoughts and feelings. tional Council of Hypnotherapists. She has been practising and teaching yoga for over 35 years and trained as a teacher and yoga therapist in a number of different styles, both in the west and India. She was also in practice as an osteopath for 11 years and a shiatsu practitioner and teacher for 25 years. Anna holds diplomas in clinical hypnotherapy, cognitive hypnotherapy and NLP and is listed in the Hypnotherapy Directory and QCHPA.

Anna

Anna has been practising and teaching yoga for over 35 years and currently focuses on yoga therapy and cognitive hypnotherapy. She trained as a teacher and yoga therapist in a number of different styles and approaches in the UK, USA and India. She's qualified as an osteopath in 1989 and was in practice for 11 years. She was a shiatsu practitioner and senior teacher for 25 years and has studied several other forms of bodywork and massage. She also holds diplomas in clinical hypnotherapy, cognitive hypnotherapy and NLP and is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
