Try my Glow and Go Chocolate Truffles🍫

These nourishing, indulgent chocolate truffles are high in skin boosting antioxidants, and are the perfect on-the-go slow energy release snack.

🍑 Dates and Dried Apricots are high in fibre, and naturally sweet, helping to release energy slowly keeping you focused. They are also high in antioxidants, which help to reduce oxidative stress.

🌰 Hazelnuts are also rich in antioxidants and contain skin-nourishing Vitamin E, and heart friendly omega-3.

🍫 Dark chocolate contains Flavonoids that help to scavenge toxins in our body and lower blood pressure.

To make these truffles, mix all of the below in a blender and coat in melted dark chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 130g soaked pitted mejool dates
• 50g Dried apricots
• 40g Chocolate peanut protein powder
• 1 tablespoon Cocao powder
• 2 tablespoons Dessicated coconut
• 3 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
• 40g coconut oil
• 50ml water
