Spend a realistic wellness day in my life 💛

In this vlog I’m sharing my GRWM routine for sensitive, dry and acne-prone skin using some of my favourite K-beauty makeup and skincare products ever, plus a gut health focused grocery haul.

After previously struggling with a parasite and ongoing gut issues since I was 11, I’ve become really intentional about the foods and habits that support my microbiome, digestion and mental health. In this video I’m walking through the small, everyday wellness habits that help me feel better; from skincare and self-care to the probiotic foods I add to my diet.

These journaling promots will help you reframe your mind. When you hold space for yourself you create a place for you to check in, to see where you are at and realign yourself with the things that truly serve you.

You don’t need a complicated morning routine or 45 minutes of meditation. Sometimes 5-10 minutes with a journal and coffee is enough to reset your energy and bring your mind back into flow. Journaling is by far the simplest and most accessible mindfulness practise, which has been completely transformative for me, and has been the gateway to meditation. I come back to prompts like this whenever my mind feels heavy, overwhelmed, or stuck in negative loops.

They help me:
• clear mental clutter
• reconnect with gratitude

And honestly, this is usually where my best ideas, creativity and clarity come from.

If you’re new to journaling, try answering these prompts slowly and honestly, with no pressure to write perfectly. Wellness doesn’t need to be complicated. Just small habits that help you feel a little better each day.

4. Describe your ideal day in detail
5. What is one lesson you have learned recently, and how can you use it to level up?

I think my life’s work will be finding very good coffee and matcha in London for under £4 which really feels less and less attainable in 2026 so, challenge accepted. I’ve really learnt that blush that pops it’s just about colour (and yes it took me decades to find the right shade!) but it’s about placement 👏🏻 When you use the right blush shade & technique, everything changes. After work, I took a full mind–body reset class and it completely recalibrated my energy ✨

This wasn’t just a workout — it blended HIIT-style movement, breathwork, meditation, somatic release, and the most incredible playlist (pumping through your own pair of noise cancelling headphones) into one immersive experience.

I left feeling grounded, clear-headed, and emotionally lighter.
