Is your mind is jumping between tasks as the year wraps up?
Here’s a simple reset you can use at your desk:
👉 Sit comfortably and place your feet flat on the floor
👉 Take a slow breath in through your nose and gently touch your thumbs and forefingers together.
👉 As you breathe out, bring your attention into your fingertips and lightly rub them together.
👉 Continue for two or three more breaths, or until you feel sense of calm restored.
This brings your attention back into the present moment, which can steady your focus and calm the nervous system.
