I'm taking part in BEAT (Borough of Ealing Art Trail) this weekend Hanwell Community Centre. If you love pottery then do come along and say "hi!". There are more than 40 potters and artists exhibiting and there's a carpark and a cafe on site. See you there!

"Emily Fawell, our Ealing-based Nutritional Therapist is taking part in BEAT (Borough of Ealing Art Trail for the first time. You can find her at Hanwell Community Centre (W7 1PD) (Venue 13+ on the trail) over the weekend of 6th/7th September. She is part of the Hanwell Pottery collective, having been a keen potter for the last 3 - 4 years. There are c. 30 potters at the same venue, alongside other artists including Hanwell Creatives. The Community Centre has a large carpark, cafe and children's play area onsite."

New online group weight loss programme starting this week!!
It's short notice but this Thursday I am launching a 10 week online group weight loss programme.
It's a low carb approach combined with positive psychology. It's not about a quick fix, but a healthy, sustainable approach to weight loss.
There are daytime (Thursday 11am - 12pm) and evening (Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm) options.
There will be a maximum of 8 people in each class and lots of resources - meal plans, recipes, workbooks, an online food journal plus a wellness journal to keep you motivated.
