The experienced team at St Vincent's House provides personalised nursing and dementia care for older people on a permanent or respite basis. St Vincent's House has a real family feel and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The home is bright and spacious with beautiful facilities including a comfy cinema room, a vintage tea room café, as well as a sun lounge and activity room. The home and grounds are fully wheelchair accessible, so residents can enjoy relaxing in large garden space, or even getting involved in the weeding and planting. Residents at St Vincent's House have their own unique, personalised care plans, which are continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

✨ What a wonderful and productive day it has been for our residents! ✨

In celebration of International Literacy Day, they came together to create a truly special poem, drawing inspiration from everyday treasures around them — flowers, a doll, plants, and even a lamp.

Each resident shared their observations and heartfelt thoughts, carefully shaping them into lines of verse. There were many revisions along the way as they searched for just the right words (with the help of new technology too 😂), but their creativity and imagination shone brightly, transforming simple objects into symbols of joy, memory, and meaning.
