I'm generally quiet about the fact that I'm also a Craniosacral Therapist.
The main reason is that the Alexander Technique is my main interest, but the other is that I struggle to know how to talk about it.
This short blog goes some way to explain why that might be, and it's the first time I've written something without a target audience in mind. It’s just me needing to get something off my chest.
Hopefully then, I'll feel more comfortable talking about in the future.
