Over the years many patients have come with sports injuries (mainly from football) and even more from people who haven't been physically active. Sports in whatever form push the boundaries of your body and show you where your weak links lie. This benefit alone is priceless for longevity.

I believe it to be a core pillar of health and wellbeing as it shows you your weaknesses, improves your resilience and strengthens your body and mind. Alhamdulillah I am privileged to be able to offer this service for anyone who wants to start this journey, especially if you are a busy family man, active in a different sport and always wanted to try grappling or a professional that can't afford to get injured.

Homeschool classes will start 15h September :) grappling is an awesome way to strengthen children in multiple ways.

Not only physically, but confidence, flexibility, self defence and many more!

I believe it is a core principle of overall health and many great thinkers of the past engaged in grappling from Prophets to Philosophers.
