If you want to get in shape, tone-up or train for an event such as a 10k, Marathon or Triathlon, they have Personal Trainers and fitness experts to motivate you and guide you to success. They have a team of extremely dedicated professionals who have lots of prior experience - from treating chronic injuries in the NHS to working with Olympic athletes and other sporting professionals. They pride themselves on their customer service and from the first smile at reception they look forward to seeing you progress through to successful recovery. They look forward to meeting you!
