For world mental health day I thought I’d share these beautiful words from some of my old friends. These are people I don’t see much of these days but have a special place in my heart. They’ve seen different parts of me at different stages of my life and loved and accepted me for who I am/was. A reminder that even when we struggle with self acceptance, there is always someone out there who remembers us and loves us. Don’t suffer in silence. Reach out. You will always find a safe space here. ❤️
