These are some of the things l have in my medicine bag especially if l am visiting a client.
Candles, white for spritaul connection
I always light candle, even if l am working online with a client.
Some candles
Green , for heart chakra
Red, for grounding and base chakra
Purple, for Prosperity.
Cinnamon once again for releasing blocks with Prosperity.
I love my crystal as many of you know
Citrine for abundance
Jasper great for grounding
White clear quartz for Angelic help
Oracle card
My trusty pendulum
Sage for space clearing
I also love a spray for greater connection to Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael for protection.
A shawl for warmth and comfort
Water for hydration

My money plate refreshed, separated from my main altar which is in my office.
I have placed my plate in my lounge so when the candles are burning it helps me to feel deep Gratitude for all that is already showing up in my life.
I need to add the Bay leaf.

Good morning everyone, I wanted to talk to you about Akashic records. I work with the records for myself and my clients the results have been amazing. We have all have Akashic records going through many lifetimes. Some have created blocks that are not even aware off.
Working with the Akashic records these blocks can be discovered really easily healed and cleared
We could have inherited these blocks from ancestors or ourselves when acknowledged they can be dissolved.
I find this really powerful

Hi I’m Penny, a life coach with a desire to stop women feeling stuck. My journey to creating Live Your Dream Life Coaching wasn’t an easy one. But this isn’t a sob story as I believe that the challenges, I faced were absolutely necessary, and the very thing that’s enabled me to help change other women’s lives for the better.

They say you have to hit rock bottom to be truly ready for change and granted, I did that. However, I want to challenge that theory. Why should you hit rock bottom if I can use my experience to avoid you having to go there? If I can intervene and catch you, shouldn’t I make it my mission to do that?

My toolkit to do exactly that has grown over the years and now I’m able to help using a combination of techniques that are tailored to what you need. I’ve studied psychology and NLP, hypnosis, and theta healing to name just a few, and using the relevant techniques at the right time means I can help you in a gentle way that doesn’t make you relive through any trauma.

If life has taught me one thing, it’s this. Everything is fixable. However bad things may seem, there is always a way to heal, move on and change the life you’re living. Being happy and fulfilled is your human right and it’s yours for the taking if you’re ready to take the action to get there.

I want to help you get there in a way that’s gentle, supportive, and completely safe for your wellbeing. I’m here for you and I only want the absolute best life for you.

I work mainly on intuition. This means I don’t follow a rigid structure, instead I prefer to be guided by you.

In each session I use different skills depending on how you are feeling that day. By listening carefully I can then decide which process will suit you best at that time. These include; Theta healing By accessing your subconscious through a state similar to deep meditation I am able to help you balance your mind and getting rid of any self-limiting beliefs. Any restrictive thoughts are then reprogrammed with empowering and supportive beliefs, enabling you to start healing from deep inside.

Colour therapy This is an alternative remedy that uses colour and light to treat physical or mental health by balancing the body's energy centres, also known as chakras.
