From Portable Table to Spinal Decompression Machine – A 10-Year Journey of Growth, Gratitude and Community
Ten years ago, I arrived in in London with a heart full of hope and love. Shortly after I arrived I bought a portable table, then started working in various practices as an associate - learning, growing, and finding my place. 2020 was the start of a new chapter in life in London. A part of me felt it was time to do somthing of my own but truthfully—I was afraid, what if I failed? Starting your own clinic is something I always wanted but was too scared to do, but doing it in the midst of a global pandemic made it feel even more uncertain, and in hindsight a little crazy!? But with the unwavering support of my partner, and alot of faith in the almighty, we began slow and steady in June 2020. Patient by patient. One conversation, one treatment, one word of mouth at a time.
Today, I walk in my clinic and see a portable table next to a no-surgical spinal decompression machine, I’m reminded of the journey it took to get here. We’ve not only built a clinic—we’ve built a community. There’s something truly special that happens in our space. Patients don’t just come for care—they catch up with friends, neighbours, work colleagues… people they didn’t expect to meet again. That kind of connection is rare, and it’s something I never imagined would happen when I first started.
There have been challenges—some I’ve never even shared with my patients—but the routine of serving others kept me centered, grounded, and focused through those difficult times.
And it’s your support, your prayers, your kind words, and your loyalty over these last five years that have carried us to this moment. To everyone who has walked through our doors—or followed our journey through social media, a heartfelt thank you. Continue in comments below;
