I love weddings and this was a special one! My dear friend Patricia and her lovely husband Robert got married and
I'm so very happy for them.

Great time had with the 'fabulous pilates ladies' last night.
Pilates is more than just a form of exercise/ method to me; it's also community.. and to coin the phrase from the great - 'it's an experience'. I love all of it!

No matter my mood, when I go to the gym, I always feel fabulocious after the session and pleased that I made time to take care of myself.

*There's a saying that 'clients can become friends, but friends rarely become clients'. Had a fantastic time with some of the UK pilates crew for good food, laughter and lots of hugs.

*I'm blessed to know them and even more grateful to learn from them, each and every lesson.
