Vasily (Dr. Vas DC) was born in Russia and raised in Latvia. He initially studied medicine, completing 4 years of a Medical Degree with a focus on the spine and nervous system. Seeking the most effective way to help patients, he moved to the UK to study chiropractic, and has been a dedicated chiropractor at The Back Pain Centre since 2008.

Sinead’s passion for chiropractic began after minor injuries while playing county-level hockey and netball, sparking her curiosity about how the body works and heals. She discovered chiropractic as a way to combine this interest with her desire to help people live pain-free lives - and hasn’t looked back since.

Sinead’s goal is to help patients take control of their health and prevent pain from getting in the way of daily life. She believes chiropractic care offers a sustainable approach to healing, supporting the body to recover naturally.
She has experience treating patients of all ages and activity levels, whether it’s getting back to gardening, running, or simply putting on socks with ease.

Terry is the Senior Doctor at our South Woodford practice. After a successful career in music, he dedicated his professional life to chiropractic care. He also trained as an acupuncturist in London and gained experience working in hospitals in the People’s Republic of China.

Terry has attended numerous postgraduate courses and is in demand internationally as a lecturer and trainer.

Originally from Finland, Milla moved to Wales to study chiropractic, graduating with a Master of Chiropractic degree. She’s now specialising in children’s chiropractic care and has also trained as an animal chiropractor, helping every spine reach its full potential. 🐾
