Driving shouldn’t be a strain on your back, your car is already designed to help support you.

Simple built-in adjustments can make a big difference:
- Recline slightly and relax into the seat rather than sitting bolt upright.
- Use your lumbar support to maintain the natural curve of your lower back.
- Lower the steering wheel so you’re not reaching or lifting your shoulders.
- Tilt your seat so your knees sit slightly higher than your hips to reduce spinal pressure.

These small changes are conveniences already built into every car, using them properly can help reduce daily back strain.
