As a mother, you’re constantly juggling multiple roles—nurturing, working, and managing a household. But what happens when your body starts sending signals that it’s running on empty? These signs are your body’s way of whispering (or sometimes shouting) that it’s time to pause and recharge:

🩵Constant fatigue: No matter how much sleep you get, you wake up feeling drained, like the weight of the day is too heavy to lift.
🩵Irritability or mood swings: Small things easily frustrate or upset you, and patience feels like a distant memory.
🩵Brain fog: Struggling to concentrate or remember things? Your mind feels cloudy, making even simple tasks feel overwhelming.
🩵Muscle tension & aches: You may notice tightness in your shoulders, neck, or back—signs that stress is physically manifesting in your body.
🩵Digestive issues: Bloating, discomfort, or irregularity can signal that your body is out of balance, often linked to stress and exhaustion.
🩵Feeling emotionally depleted: You give so much to others that there’s little left for yourself, leading to a sense of emotional numbness or disconnect.

If any of these resonate, it’s your body asking for rest and nourishment—beyond just sleep. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation practices like yoga nidra, you can reconnect with your inner calm and restore your vitality. Let’s create space for your wellbeing, one moment at a time. 🩵
