Last night’s Heart-Led Kirtan felt very special.

Thank you to everyone who came and helped create such a warm, open and welcoming evening. There were many beautiful moments where people’s voices were heard in so many different ways, through chanting, poetry, spontaneous medicine songs, quiet reflection and shared presence.

One particularly magical moment was watching the peonies, which had closed for the evening, gently begin to open again as we sang together.

Huge thank you to Alyss for co-hosting the evening with me, and to Bryony for her beautiful contribution in chant.

We’re also very grateful to Kingston Women’s Centre .womens.centre for joining us, sharing more about the important work they do, and allowing us to support them through this fundraiser.

It really felt like the beginning of something meaningful.

Love,
Justine x

She guides my journey as I travel to my chosen place to celebrate Bealtaine.

May you all find blessings, purification, union and fertility in all forms under this upcoming full flower moon in Scorpio as we celebrate the Turning Of The Wheel.

A small, heart-led evening of kirtan, poetry, and shared voice, held by Justine and Alyss .

Kirtan is a simple form of call-and-response chanting, where you can join in, rest within the sound, or simply listen. There’s no need to know anything beforehand.

There’s something about chanting together that softens the noise of the day. The mind settles, the body drops, and what’s left is a quieter sense of connection, to yourself, and to the room around you.

Alongside the chanting, poetry will be gently woven through the evening, with a few invited voices sharing short pieces. You’re warmly encouraged to bring a poem, quote, or a few lines that resonate with the theme of supporting women.

We’ll also be joined by Bryony , who will be sharing a chant as part of the evening.

This gathering is in support of .womens.centre , a local charity offering vital support to women in the community. Takings from the evening, after basic costs and booking fees, will be donated, with the option to give more if you wish.

We’ll spend around an hour in chant and shared voice, followed by prasad, tea, and time to connect.

Tuesday 5 May
7:30–9pm

Sharing a few words and thoughts from last nights moon circle and yoga nidra that I held.

I’ve been reflecting on how we can use Mother Natures non-apologetic existence as an example for us to shed our shackles perhaps just a little bit by by of conformity dictates or shaping us from sources we never asked for so that we can find ‘our’ true nature unshackled.

We live in such a busy confused world that making sense of anything can leave us in turmoil but if we can come back to the self and recognise our own union with all in its most purest form that can give us some sense of liberation and clarity to be!

How does this find you? Do you know the essence of yourself or are you swamped by external pulls and pushes?

Sharing a few words from last nights Yoga Nidra and Moon Circle. How can we emerge as our sovereign self, can we use Mother Natures example of her effortless state of being that doesn’t seek for external validation.

Does this resonate? Do you know the essence of yourself? It’s a learning journey in a busy world of differing relationships and influences.

Let me know your thoughts 🙏🏻

Spring Equinox Blessinga

Today I marked the turning of the wheel in a small, quiet way, stepping outside to meet the balance of light and dark. A simple moment, a breath, a gentle offering, nothing elaborate, just presence.

There is something deeply grounding about pausing with the land as it shifts, feeling that subtle awakening, and remembering we are part of it too.

A soft beginning. A quiet return.

Blessings on Mother’s Day 🫶🏻

To all my female ancestors, to myself, to all out there who bore children, to all that have wished to bear children, to the mothers of others children, to the mothers, the people who mother, and let’s not forget Mother Nature.

I have no living blood mother but I also celebrate my female elders, the powerdul women who have guided and supported me, may you always shine your light brightly 🫶🏻

Imbolc Blessings

Last night, on Imbolc Eve, I placed my Brat outside beneath the dark sky, allowing it to rest in the quiet threshold between winter and spring.

Traditionally, the Brat, a cloth left out on this sacred night, is blessed by Brigid’s passing. It is said to carry her healing, her protection, and the soft returning light of the season.

This morning I brought it back in, holding the stillness of the night within its fibres. It will now be kept as a healing cloth, woven with the energies of renewal, hope, and gentle strength.

A small act, perhaps, but one that connects me to lineage, land, and the ancient rhythm of the turning wheel.

May you receive the light 🕯️

Transformative Guayusa Ceremony & Shamanic Journeying Vision Quest
With Justine Nagaur & Christian Thurow

📅 Thursday 12th February
⏰ 7:30 – 9:30 pm
📍 Ticho Wellness, Barnes

Step into an evening of focused inner exploration, guided ceremony and visionary insight.

Shamanic journeying is an active practice supported by rhythmic drumming, helping you move beyond everyday thinking and access imagery, intuition and deeper awareness. This is not passive relaxation — it is conscious engagement with your inner landscape and the wider field of guidance available beyond ordinary perception.

As part of the ceremony, we share Guayusa, a traditional Amazonian leaf tea used in communal dream and vision practices. It supports calm alertness and grounded presence during the journeys. It is not psychedelic.

Open to newcomers and experienced practitioners alike.

Book via the link in my bio or head to justinenagaur.com and visit the Events tab.
