Would you like to trim your tummy and tone your mind?

This well-being workshop will help you to build resilience both physically and mentally, with a practical emphasis on tackling the tummy area and calming the mind. (It is well documented that prolonged stress can lead to fat around the waist.) What we are offering is innovative and practical as we use a combined approach including:

• improving dietary habits
• conscious eating
• a practical yoga and meditation session
• behaviour change through goal setting
• motivational work

The workshop provides a framework for you to build your own toolkit to increase your tummy tone and to help you feel a general sense of well-being. You will leave the workshop having identified unwanted habits and with a number of strategies to create sustainable change.

Date of next workshop: Thursday 7th July 2016 (6.30-9pm)

Early booking advisable as places are limited

Cost of workshop: £40
