Trauma - its not just what happened to you.
A 3 Part series on understanding and overcoming trauma and the trauma response, combining modern medicine, vedic psychology and bhakti wisdom with H.G. Dr Citi-Śakti Devi Dasi. Whether you are directly affected by trauma or have a loved one who has been through it, this course will leave you with a better understanding and tools and pathways to move forward.

H.G. Dr Citi-Śakti Devi Dasi is a disciple of H.H. Bhakti Tirtha Swami and has been practising and sharing Krishna consciousness for 30 years, serving internationally as a speaker, mentor, and sangha leader. She is an executive member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Spirituality and Psychiatry SiG, co-founder of MindSpace - a mental health service for devotees in the UK and a Director for IFAST DC.
She graduated from Imperial College as a medical doctor in the nineties & specialised as a psychiatrist. She combines 25 years of experience in scientific advances in mental health with Krishna consciousness.
For over 15 years she's regularly broadcasted on BBC Radio 4 and BBC world service where she is well known for her spiritual commentary on current affairs, mental health and wellbeing.
As a thought leader, she has spoken at several large international organisations such as Intel, EY, Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Barclays, as well as at the House of Commons. As a writer she has contributed chapters to several books and is published in peer reviewed journals.
