You’ve been told your bloods are “normal” but you feel anything but.

Tired. Moody. Foggy. Bloated. Low. Off balance. You know something isn’t right, even if your test results say otherwise.

The truth is, ‘normal ranges’ aren’t specific to you, they’re based on averages from the general population. That includes people who might already be unwell.

And if you’ve been brushed off or told it’s “just stress” or “part of getting older”, you’re not alone. It’s not in your head. It’s in your biology.

That’s where my Wellness Reset comes in.

We combine advanced blood testing with expert-led nutrition and lifestyle planning to help you:
✔ Rebalance your hormones
✔ Recharge your energy
✔ Restore gut and immune health
✔ Feel like you again, sharp, vibrant, grounded

This isn’t guesswork, because you deserve more than generic advice.

This International Women's Day, let's celebrate the incredible achievements of women in all facets of life. 🌍💪 I've worked with amazing women, from adolescence to menopause helping them to unearth the root causes of their symptoms and guiding them towards a path of healing and empowerment.

Let’s commit to fostering an environment of inclusion, where every woman, regardless of her background or health status, feels valued, understood, and supported.

Whether it's through advocating for better healthcare, promoting gender equality in all professions, or simply lending an ear to a friend in need, every action counts.

Let's use our voices and actions to empower each other, recognising that when women support women, incredible growth and healing can occur. To all the women out there striving for better health, overcoming obstacles, and breaking barriers, know that your journey inspires and motivates.

Here's to writing our own stories, to health, to wellbeing, and to a world where every woman's voice is heard, today and always. 💖

🌞 Striking the right balance with Vitamin D is key!

Living in places with limited sunshine, like the UK, often leads to low Vitamin D levels, impacting our bone health and immune system.

But did you know that too much or too little can be harmful? 💊 Excess Vitamin D can cause nausea and kidney issues, while a deficiency might lead to bone pain and mood swings.

Before you reach for supplements, it's important to check your levels.

Research suggests Dark chocolate, particularly with 85% cocoa content, offers significant health benefits when consumed in moderation.

Around 30g per day (approximately 1-2 squares, depending on the brand) is beneficial. This amount is effective in enhancing mood and reducing depression risk, due to its high fibre content, beneficial for digestion, and polyphenols, which are antioxidants that improve gut health.

Additionally, it contains compounds similar to the bliss neurotransmitter anandamide and phenylethylamine, boosting dopamine and serotonin levels.

While dark chocolate does contain sugar and saturated fats, consuming it in moderation, such as 30g per day, is key to enjoying its health benefits without negative impacts.
