In my practice, I help my clients to determine the root cause of their weight or digestive issues, then I provide tailored meal plans, which addresses our findings. I always aim for sustainable changes, thus I give my clients the direction which will lead them to their health goals' achievements and improvements in their vitality in a long-lasting way. Nie musisz „mieć mutacji”, żeby mieć zaburzony cykl metylacyjny.
