This before and after photo shows our patients (Male, aged 48) improvement using Neo laser to manage psoriasis. The visible progress shows a reduction in the thickness of the patch, lightening of colour, and healthy skin beginning to show through.

The Aerolase Neo works by targeting haemoglobin to gently superheat and coagulate the feeder vessels that contribute to psoriasis. This helps suppress inflammation and reduce the appearance and activity of psoriatic plaques. The recommended protocol typically includes five or more sessions, spaced 1–2 weeks apart.

It is important to understand, that psoriasis is a chronic condition that can be controlled rather than cured. Recurrence is common and can be caused by a number of lifestyle factors.

This patient, 55, underwent a combination treatment of nano fat transfer to the scalp and 3 sessions of PRP as part of our hair restoration treatment protocol. Following this, the patient went on to have a maintenance course of PRP to scalp, which Mr Amar recommends repeating yearly for optimum results.

We are pleased to share that the patient is delighted with her results -

She saw hair growth around the temples and front hairline, noticed stronger hair when brushing and blow drying, and felt her hair tolerated this much better than before.

This protocol combines the growth factors in PRP with regenerative cells from nano fat to support the health of the hair, quality and neovascularisation of the scalp.
