Back spasms can feel frightening and deeply frustrating. They can make you dread every movement, cancel plans, and doubt your body. Especially in the first 24–48 hours, when everything feels super sensitive and you’re being extra cautious, trying not to make it worse.
That’s why I created the 90-second back spasm reset. It’s a simple process to calm your nervous system and help your body feel safer, which can support a quicker recovery from a severe flare-up.
And it’s also why I created a more detailed first-48-hours guide. Because even when you get pain relief, there is often very little practical guidance beyond generic stretches. And if you’re in an active spasm, stretching too early can make the whole thing feel worse.
If you’d like the written 90-second reset plus the full 48-hour guide (what helps, what to avoid, and how to rebuild confidence in your body), DM me SPASM.
Gentle safety note: if pain is new, severe, worsening, or comes with numbness, weakness, fever, chest pain, breathlessness, or changes in bladder or bowel control, please seek urgent medical advice.
