Having thought about touch and what this may mean to different people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, I was surprised thinking again about this just how many differing perspecvtives there are to this topic. I am very careful not to touch others physically, since I would not know know how this may impact someone else, however light seeming the touch appears. I am aware that touch can be used a great deal to control others' words or actions and doesn't take much to effect this. Clearly, this is only one impact. In different religions touch has varying meanings which of course need to be respected. On the whole, I don't touch others in my various professional capacities.

However, I am humble to learning and wonder what you think on this subject?
