Relaxation is gained through a focused breathing pattern which helps calm the mind allowing areas of tightness to be released. Individual holistic treatments combining massage and reflexology help stimulate the healing energy within the body releasing endorphins which can promote a sense of balance and well being. Based on the idea that feet act as a map relating to the whole body pressure is applied to specific points to help treat the corresponding organs and system in the body. Pressure is tailored to the needs of the client and used to identify and alleviate congestion and tension.
