Yoga Superpower

Hello,

My name is Anna, and I am a yoga scholar and teacher living in London. I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 7 years, and learned the art of teaching in its birthplace - India. Yoga for me is a kind of a superpower - a discipline that gives you all the right tools to transform your life. My goal now is to share this knowledge and experience with others to help more people harness that power and achieve physical and emotional well-being. I put my heart and soul into hand-crafting beautiful and fun yoga experiences, which strengthen and energise the body, release stress and quiet down the mind. I don’t believe in labels such as ‘beginners’ or ‘advanced’, but I do try to make my classes accessible and interesting for everyone. My style is a unique blend of various yoga disciplines, spiced up by creative and mindful meditation, psychic sleep, pranayama and other relaxation techniques. Each class has a focus and a theme, and starts and finishes with a short meditation, inviting the students to develop awareness and focus inwards. Join me in my yoga journey.
