With higher temperatures expected, there is an increased risk to vulnerable individuals.

💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

At Hartwig Care, we know that looking after mental health is just as important as looking after physical health. This week is a reminder to pause, reflect, and check in, with ourselves and with each other.

We’re proud to have trained Mental Health First Aiders in place. They are there to listen, offer support, and help guide colleagues towards the right help when it’s needed. You are never alone.

We also offer access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), providing confidential advice and support for a wide range of issues, from stress and anxiety to financial or personal challenges. Support is available whenever you need it.

Most importantly, we encourage a culture of kindness, openness and connection. Whether it’s asking someone how they’re really feeling, offering a listening ear, or reaching out for support yourself, small conversations can make a big difference.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s continue to:
✅ Check in with one another
✅ Speak openly and without judgement
✅ Remind ourselves that it’s okay not to be okay

Together, we can keep building a supportive, understanding workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. 💚
