It is still midwinter, and even though we've had our shortest day (winter solstice) and can see a few extra mins of sunshine before we are plunged into darkness again, it might still feel like we are in the trenches. The depths of winter is when we are at our most vulnerable - a lack of vitamin d often bringing sadness and depression.
It's interesting to look at nature and maybe take a leaf out it's book - What's happening in the landscape right now? It's resting. What's essential for the earth itself is usually vital for us too.
Next month onwards might bring with it a new energy and a feeling of creativity and excitement but for now it is still time to recuperate and keep it slow. Use January as a time of nourishing and rest - more duvet days and definitely more massage β¨
