Yogic Numerology – Map of the Soul Workshop

This was the first workshop I taught - here is my observation:
The workshop was a powerful and transformative experience that combined the ancient wisdom of Yogic Numerology with the embodiment practices of Kundalini Yoga. It offered a holistic exploration of the self, rooted in both intellectual understanding and energetic alignment.

The integration of Yogic Numerology with specific Kundalini kriyas was seamless and impactful. Exploring the "Map of the Soul" offered deep insight into core soul aspects—such as the Soul Number, Karma Number, and Gift Number—providing a personalized spiritual framework.

Pairing this with Kundalini Yoga practices designed to strengthen the magnetic field and support intuitive projection allowed for direct energetic experience of the teachings. It brought the numerological insights to life through breath, movement, and meditation.
