You do not need to earn rest.
You do not need to prove anything before you pause.

This is what self care looks like in real life.
A quiet coffee. A glass of water. A breath between everything else.

The words say it clearly.
“The pleasure is yours.”

Let that land.

You give so much of yourself away each day.
Your time. Your energy. Your attention.

Start giving some of it back.

No guilt. No explanation.
