Monthly Meditation Group in SE9 Small friendly meditation group to help people relax and learn the art of meditation. Meditations are mainly guided visualisations.

Small friendly meditation group, we meet the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm. We cover many topics, chakras, forgiveness and many others. I ask members to suggest topic they would like.

I started the monthly meditation group on the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm in November 2011. The meditations are mainly guided visualisations. We cover many topics, chakras, forgiveness and many others. Members are welcome to suggest topics they would like me to run a mediatation on. February 2018 I began a Tuesday group starting at 5:30pm.
