Your hips do more than move you — they stabilise, support and shape the way your whole body feels.
In this special class, Michael Eley guides you through The Hip Method: a strength-based approach to mobility that goes far beyond traditional “hip openers.”
Rather than simply pushing your range, you’ll learn how to strengthen the range you already have while expanding it sustainably. Expect a blend of drills drawn from yoga, mobility, and conditioning — all designed to help you understand how you move, build real strength, and access deeper ranges safely.
You’ll work towards classic hip-opening poses, but more importantly, you’ll build the stability, control and awareness that make them feel supported rather than strained.
