Sahaja Yoga is the natural and easy way to meditate. With the awakening of an amazing, living energy within, even here, in the midst of the busy city, it is possible to experience states of profound peace that solitary yogis in the heights of the Himalayas aspire to. The process is gentle, and regular practice can give way to powerful transformation – for each time this energy rises, it cleanses, balances and strengthens the inner system. Visit any one of the weekly programmes taking place across London - the basics are always explained, and with the guided session, you will get to experience meditation first hand. You will also be able to start practising on your own without any delay. The meetings remain free – no matter how many times you wish to attend. There will always be cheerful practitioners ready to answer your questions, and support your progress. (Our reward is simply seeing more people trying out what we know can be the most joyous journey.)
