A lot of the time, once we help people get back to what they love doing post-injury or simply start moving better, they start to feel the benefits of continuing treatment for maintenance.

This has many more benefits than the ones that are listed, but especially for chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, endometriosis etc., it’s a great way to keep you going and take that well deserved time for yourself.
