Ellesmere House is a strikingly modern, purpose-built care home located in the heart of Chelsea. The team provides nursing and residential care for older people, including those with physical disabilities or who are living with dementia. The home is arranged into four separate bright and airy suites, each with its own dining room and lounge. Residents are welcome to enjoy the facilities at Ellesme

re House including a cinema room, activity room and hair and beauty salon. Outside are two secure sensory gardens with lawns and an area where residents can grow flowers and plants of their own choice. The team will get to know your loved one so they can create personalised care and lifestyle plans, suited to each individual’s needs.

Our residents enjoyed a gentle Tai Chi session, focusing on slow movements, balance, and breathing. Tai Chi is a wonderful way to support flexibility, coordination, and relaxation, while also helping residents feel calm and refreshed.

It was lovely to see everyone moving together and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. A great way to keep both body and mind active. 🧘‍♀️✨
