World Mental Health Day - 10 October 2017

I will be offering free psychotherapy taster and information sessions in London and Southend-on-Sea in order to support World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2017.

Sessions will take place throughout the day at New Broad Street House in London on Tuesday 10 October, and on Saturday 14 October at the Therapy Life Centre in Southend-on-Sea.

This is an opportunity to experience what it is like to be in the consulting room with a therapist, and to ask some of the questions you may have about counselling and psychotherapy.
