Mr Fitta Health & Fitness Club Transform your body with us! We operate as a Gym offering a variety of memberships, as well as pay as you go options.

The type of training available combines traditional weights (dumbbells, barbells), plus we're hot on keeping with the current training trends and so kettlebells, club bells, suspension training , battle ropes and tyres gives us a different feel. Personal training on a one-one and small group basis are also available.

💥💥💥WE ARE CLOSED !! 💥💥💥( For now😵)

It was inevitable, in the attempt to slow down the spread of covid -19 that gyms/ Leisure centres and studios would be closed to the public; So we at Mr F***a gym are closed until further notice effective Friday 20 March 9pm.

We hope to stream live training sessions(and add workouts to our stories)for those who have gym equipment at home, and those who don't can check who will livestream and add to his stories workouts for home( no equipment) and outdoors( BoxFiTT/ HIIT, BoxFiTT/ Abs & Core, and possibly promo our new concept BoxKicKK : )

If you've just renewed or have time outstanding dont panic, we got you. Your m/ships will be frozen and reactivated when we reopen for business( God willing🙏🏽 in the not to distant future)

Those who pay monthly subs by DD will be notified of their options via email.

We appreciate all our members and supporters and hope to come back stronger ( and in some cases leaner😅)

We're putting together a group exercise/training timetable over the next few months. The sessions will cater for up to 12 people( small so as to maintain quality)
