We often find ourselves drawn into the belief that we are not good enough, beautiful enough or worthy enough.
Isn’t that a strange and dangerous perspective?!
When you find yourself going down that rabbit hole, stop and ask yourself:
⁉️what makes this person know me better than I know myself?
⁉️What makes this person be right?!
⁉️Isn’t that the beauty is in the eyes of the beholder?!
The same applies to someone’s worth, perfection and so on.

At times, we all want a change, and some people are more determined and dynamic while others have less energy and hope.
I’m sure you are familiar with some people who are stuck with a less beneficial lifestyle, relationships and despite that, they still need a rescuer. It’s frustrating for you to watch and equally depressing for those that are stuck in their patterns.
Often, in therapy, I’ll see people who are frozen and would expect that their challenges would be sorted in the therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the transformation requires some kind of involvement and action from the client. The therapist can hold the light to a different pathway and you have to walk the walk.

Uneori, cu toții ne dorim o schimbare. Unii oameni sunt mai hotărâți și mai dinamici, în timp ce alții au mai puțină energie și speranță.
Sunt sigura că sunteți familiarizați cu oameni care sunt blocați intr-un anumit stil de viață sau in relații mai puțin benefice și în ciuda acestui fapt, încă au nevoie de un salvator. Este frustrant pentru tine să privesti asta și deprimant pentru cei care sunt blocați în tiparele lor.
Adesea, în terapie, intalnesc oameni care sunt blocati și așteapta ca provocările lor să fie rezolvate în sesiunile de terapie. Din păcate, transformarea necesită implicare și acțiune din partea clientului. Terapeutul poate lumina calea și tu trebuie să faci pasii.
